Suraj
Pancholi who was arrested on charge of help in wrongdoing Jiah Khan’s Suicide
on June 10 under IPC section 306. He can now breathe a sigh of relief. The Mumbai
court has granted him bail on a surety of Rs 50,000 after he surrendered his
passport, he had filed an appeal in the Bombay High Court after his bail plea
was rejected by the Sessions Court. Suraj has been lodged in the Arthur Road
Central jail since his arrest.
