Actress Ileana D’Cruz, who shot to fame with Anurag Basu’s
Barfi! Says she came to the Hindi film industry with “no expectations”.
“I have actually walked into Bollywood with no expectations whatsoever. I did
not expect to be appreciated for my work in ‘Barfi!’, but when people did, it
was very touching and humbling for me,” the actress said here at the launch of
a shampoo brand here Friday.
Ileana, who shared screen space with Ranbir
Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in Barfi, is currently shooting for ‘Phata Poster
Nikla Hero’ along with Shahid Kapoor.
“I am just taking it as it goes. I am hoping for better stuff to
come my way,” she said.
