According to
the Bollywood source filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is remaking Dil Hai Ki Maanta Nahi with
B-town kisser star Emraan Hashmi reprising Aamir Khan's character. Yes, Emmu
has been confirmed for the role while lead actress and the director are yet finalized.
Says Mahesh
Bhatt, "The film I directed was modelled on It Happened One Night by Frank
Capra, but didn't do justice to the hero's character. With this remake, we seek
to do justice to the character played originally by Clark Gable, that of an
unapologetic rake. Emi fits this character like a glove. With this film, women
who have secretly lusted for him so far, will now fall in love with him."
